What is "too old" to go to law school? Or a Master's/PhD in a new field?

Criteria for law school admissions?
I'm torn between three different colleges. I am trying to determine which one will ultimately give me the best shot of getting accepted into a good law school.I am looking at West Point, the University of Delaware, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After HS last year I've spent a year at West Point's prep school. I have figured out that West Point is going to be a poor fit and, if I force it, I am probably going to graduate with a low class rank. Academically, I am extremely strong in writing and critical reading areas score near 800 on both categories on SAT and weak in Math scored 500 so my probably West Point GPA, which weighs math science courses significantly heavier for me, is not going to to me justice in getting to law school. Delaware has produced a significantly high number of government officials current Sen, VP, and Gov's and has great polysci and social sciences humanities programs. UAB is renowned for it's health medical areas but probably has a mediocre social sciences program. At both UAB and Delaware I would only be required to take one math class over one semester for my entire career in the area for which I want to major .So, I need to know are law schools going to be enthralled by seeing " West Point" enough to look past a medocire GPA? Will they take into account the rigorous lifestyle that West Point has? Or will having excellent marks between 3.5 and 4.0 at schools like Delaware of UAB be more advantageous to me as a potential applicant? When you're trying to get into top tier law schools what are the MOST important criteria for selection?

Could my Harvard or Yale dream for law school be a possibility now?
Currently I am at Armstrong Atlantic State University, I have a 3.9 GPA and I have been accepted as a transfer to University of Maryland College Park, University of Georgia and Georgia Tech. I have applied to other top schools and am waiting to hear from them the top schools range from Penn to Cornell . I am a Biology major who will be at a new college for his final two years of undergrad and that college will be a pretty good college. If I manage to make a good GPA at a better university, will I be able to get into Harvard and Yale for Law school? Will I at least have a shot?

What the hell am I going to do with my life now that i've decided against law school?
I've been bred to be a lawyer since I was born. My dad is a very good lawyer, makes tons of money, drives a 911, has nice things and lives a good life, etc. So I always looked up to him and still do. I am in 3rd year of a double major Philosophy history and have the grades to get into law school but the problem is, i dont want to be a lawyer. I've worked for my dad and I think i would be good at it, I just dont want to sit in an office 10 hours a day, regardless of what i get to drive home in. Its stressfull and time consuming and the only reward is the money, and I don't want to set the foundation for the rest of my life as a slave to a 6 figure income. Now i'm going to graduate next year with a degree in philosophy history lol Am i F g crazy or do you people somewhat agree with my decision to try and find something I love. I get told that i'm passing up a crazy opportunity that other law students would die for. My dad wants to groom me to take over his practice 10 partners and 29 lawyers, all under my dad i just feel like i want to experience other things in life. Give me some feedback.P.s. i've grown up with nice things, nice hotel rooms, clothes, cars, etc but i think i can make it without all of those things, i like them but i dont need them. Plus i've been working manual labor jobs since i was 16 so i know what it means to earn my money i'm not spoiled.
